3. Purchases, Payments & Refunds
All purchases must be paid in full or according to a chosen payment plan. Payment plans are a commitment to the full amount owed. Unless otherwise noted, all sales are final. Refunds are only issues in the case of program/retreat/course/event cancellation by the provider. 

4. Coaching, Education & Community Disclaimer
Our services - including mindset coaching, quantum healing, courses, marketing services, retreats and business strategy - are for personal and professional development only. We do not guarantee specific results.

All content is owned by Meghakanya Bradley and protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or use materials for commercial purposes without written permission.

You must use accurate information and keep login details secure. Access may be terminated for violations.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, breaching the confidentiality of fellow participants for sensitive information shared settings, disruptive behavior inside our community or violations that create harm to others. Outstanding balances remain due. No refunds are issued for monies paid if you commit an act of disruption or harm.

These Terms are governed by Tennessee law, specifically Williamson County.
